New MASH Menu!
It finally happened: The MASH menu changes on June 28, 2016. No worries, though, because we have not replaced our exquisite meat cuts with quinoa salads – we have added new, delicious starters to the menu, as well as a couple of summer-fresh desserts.
In the future, you can enjoy seared cod back on cauliflower purée or treat your taste buds to our grilled carpaccio. If you really want to indulge your palate, we have foie gras and mango terrine available – and our half lobster is an absolute must for those light summer evenings! Before you put your teeth into a juicy steak, of course…
We still have some classics on the menu: Our MASH tartare and tuna tartare are not going anywhere, and we wouldn’t even dream about removing our popular prawn linguine either!
The Danish Kitchen at MASH
We have cranked up the Danish summer charm with our new menu. We have replaced the MASH potato mash with everyone’s favourite side: delicious cream potatoes. Yup, we are also quite crazy about that idea ourselves!
You can still enjoy our interpretation of the Danish ’drømmekage’ or the classic cheese cake with rhubarb for dessert. Furthermore, we have added fresh Danish summer berries to the menu and combined them with a lovely vanilla cream – a nice and light finish for your MASH meal. And that’s not even all of it. We have also been experimenting a bit and created the MASH version of the Danish ’koldskål’ with small zwiebacks. Yes, you read that correctly. Our version contains strawberry panna cotta and strawberry sorbet, and we are looking forward to having you come and taste it!
